*No Initial Fee promotion is based on customer agreeing to a 1 year monthly service commitment, activating auto payment through our customer portal and anytime service. Initial service includes pest evaluation, removing webs from home, and exterior spray (interior spray at technicians discretion). Due upon completion of initial service is first months fee. Monthly service cost starts at $45 per month for up to a 2500 square foot home.
